Final Judgment was awarded on October 5, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2022 CA 005535, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED CREDIT RISK TRANSFER TRUST, SERIES 2021-3 is the Plaintiff, and LINDSEY M. APPERSON; MEREDITH C. LONG; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NELDA LONG; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
