NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 12th day of December 2023, in Case No. 12-CA-007544, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9, is the Plaintiff and BECKI MAAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BECKI MAAS; RYAN MAAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYAN MAAS; IF LIVING, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT(S) IF REMARRIED, AND IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED DEFENDANT(S); MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR 4U DIRECT, INC, D/B/A NATIONS HOME LENDING CENTER; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK, WHETHER DISSOLVED OR PRESENTLY EXISTING TOGETHER WITH ANY GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF SAID DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHER PERSONS AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED DEFENDANT(S); UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants.
