AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9, is the Plaintiff and BECKI MAAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BECKI MAAS; RYAN MAAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYAN MAAS; IF LIVING, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT(S) IF REMARRIED, AND IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED DEFENDANT(S); MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR 4U DIRECT, INC, D/B/A NATIONS HOME LENDING CENTER; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK, WHETHER DISSOLVED OR PRESENTLY EXISTING TOGETHER WITH ANY GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF SAID DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHER PERSONS AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED DEFENDANT(S); UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants.
