Notice is given pursuant to AMENDED ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR DEFAULT FINAL JUDGMENT, entered on December 13, 2023 and recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida on December 14, 2023, in Case No. 22-CA-5070 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CHRISTY KNIGHT and BRYAN KNIGHT are the Plaintiffs and RICHARD M. BROTHERS, ESTATE OF RICHARD M. BROTHERS, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNS, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD M. BROTHERS and UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. on January 19, 2024, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property set forth in the Amended Order Granting Plaintiffs' Motion For Default Final Judgment:
Lot 33, Unit 4A, KREAMERS AVOCADO, an unrecorded Subdivision, in the Southeast Quarter of Sectio 31, Township 43 South, Range 22 East, Lee County, Florida, being more particularly described as the West 131 feet of the East 1328 feet of the North 167.37 feet of the South 334.74 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 43 South, Range 22 East, subject to a thirty foot road and draining easement along the Southerly side of the premises.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
