NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 1807, Building 24, CLEARBROOKE TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Clearbrooke Townhouse Condominium Phase III, as recorded in O.R. Book 4193, Page 217, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 18, Pages 113-119, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 18, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
