Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Property Address: 12840 Seminole Boulevard, Lot No. 57, Largo, Florida 33778
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of January, 2024. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
