Channer aka Adelita Ramon Channer aka A. Channer aka Adelita Channer, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Goodleap, LLC fka Loanpal, LLC, Aqua Finance, Inc, AND Services, Michael Cummings Direct Remodels, Brenda Elisa Channer Bimpong, Ramona Patricia Channer Wilfries, Adina Varlack, Monica Elisa Mack, Ramona Elizabeth Forbes, as possible heir to the Estate of Adelita R. Channer aka Adelita Ramon Channer aka A. Channer aka Adelita Channer,, deceased , Janae Imani Alana Wilfries, Tye Alexander Mack, Noah Arthur Kenneth Mack, Jada Ramona Jolisa Mack, Ivan George, Pedro Clemencio George, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Matt Wilfries, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the January 17, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
