NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2023, and entered in 2022 10722 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and DEF/MORTGAGOR; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD G WATZNAUER A/K/A DONALD G WATZNAUER, JR , DECEASED; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUNTRUST BANK; DONALD GENE WATZNAUER III; DIANE M.
