NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2023, and entered in Case No. 11-2023-CA-001845-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which LYCASTE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF PHILIP SACKS, DECEASED; EARL SACKS; DAVID M. SACKS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PHILIP SACKS, DECEASED; LAUREN C. OLVERA A/K/A LAUREN S. OLVERA A/K/A LAUREN CAY OLVERA A/K/A LAUREN C. SACKS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PHILIP SACKS, DECEASED; DEBBIE
L. SACKS A/K/A DEBORAH LEE SACKS A/K/A DEBBIE L. VRLJICAK; NATHAN ADAM SACKS; CARLY SACKS A/K/A CARLY N. SACKS A/K/A CARLY NOEL SACKS; MASTERS RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 EST on the 18th day of January, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
