NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2023, and entered in 2022CA003364AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and SHELLIE ANN TREVINO AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA ANN BLANCHETT; KEITH RICHARD AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA ANN BLANCHET; SHELLIE ANN TREVINO; KEITH RICHARD LANG A/K/A KEITH RICHARD A/K/A KEITH LANG; KEVIN MCATEER; SHAWNA TREVINO are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 16, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
