YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action quiet title action on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Commence at the S.W. corner of the previous 66 foot right of way of Stickney Point Road (State Road 72) and the previous 66 foot right of way of Tamiami Trail (U.S. Highway 41), thence S.51Ëš17'27”W. along the Southeasterly side of the previous 66 right of way of Stickney Point Road, a distance of 550.0 feet; thence S.38Ëš37'39”E. parallel with the Southwesterly side of the previous 66 foot right of way of Tamiami Trail (U.S. Highway 41) and along Northeasterly side of the 50 foot roadway (Avenue “A”), a distance of 920.0 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N.51Ëš17'27”E. and parallel with Stickney Point Road, a distance of 200.0 feet; thence S.38Ëš37'39”E. and parallel with Tamiami Trail (U.S. Highway 41), a distance of 130.0 feet; thence S.51Ëš17'27”W. and parallel with Stickney Point Road, a distance of 200.0 feet to the Northeasterly side of the 50 foot roadway (Avenue “A”); thence N.38Ëš37'39”W. along R/W line of Avenue “A” a distance of 130.0 feet to the Point of Beginning. Lying and being in Section 17, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida, and containing 26,000 square feet of land. TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive 20 foot ingress and egress EASEMENT, as described in O.R. Instrument 2000002718, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
