Unit No. 515, HARBOR COVE, a Cooperative Mobile Home Community according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 2977, Page 633, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida and legally described in Exhibit “A” attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement which is incorporated herein by reference.
Mobile home on said premises identified as ID #0629746580 and Title #9874926.
With a street address of 506 Imperial Drive, North Port, FL 34287
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, HARBOR COVE RESIDENT OWNED COMMUNITY, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
