NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 7, 2023, and entered in Case No. 58-2022-CA-004947-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Larry Edward Maas aka Larry E. Maas aka Larry Maas, deceased, Christopher Larry Maas, Revenue Empire LLC, Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court, City of Sarasota, Cash Buyers Network, LLC, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the February 2, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
