U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS -THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-0A2 TRUST is Plaintiff and ISOSCELES EARTH LLC, CERTIFIED HEATING AND COOLING, INC., LONGLEAF AT THE BROOKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., SHADOW WOOD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A DAVID ADAMS, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 19, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
