NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2023, and entered in Case No. 36-2022-CA-002673 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-9, is the Plaintiff and UBS Oversight, Inc.; Kristin C. Pittman; David B. Pittman; Spanish Gardens Homeowners Association, Inc.; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 24th day of January,2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
