NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 14th day of November A.D., 2022 in the cause wherein JAMES S ARMSTRONG JR & JAMES S ARMSTRONG JR INC., was plaintiff(s), and ALLIED DEVELOPMENT, INC., L'ATTACHE CONSULTANTS, LLC., FAIRWAY LENDING, INC., WEST BRANCH ABSTRACT SERVICES INC., MARK NASWORTHY, JOSEPH WILLIAMS AND RONALD POORMAN, JR., was defendant(s), being Case No. 18-004737-CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Mark Nasworthy a/k/a Mark Charles Nasworthy in and to the following described property to wit:
