NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2022CC001303000000of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, whereby BE A MAN BUY LAND, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and MIGDALIA FELICIANO RODRIGUEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIGDALIA FELICIANO RODRIGUEZ, AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 2, 2023, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
