ABANDONED PROPERTY
PURSUANT TO SECTION 715.109, FLORIDA STATUTES
Notice is hereby given that, on February 22, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at 177 Keystone Terrace, Haines City, FL 33844, Lake Region Mobile Home Owners, Inc., pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, shall sell at public sale by competitive bidding the following property
abandoned by Estate of Duane Stromberg, to wit: A certain 1975 Budd mobile home, Florida Identification Number 046108631, Title Number 13278409. The name and address of the former owner is Duane Stromberg, 177 Keystone Terrace, Haines City, FL 33844.
All sales are as-is, where-is, with all faults, for cash, and subject to any and all ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority under law, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord. The landlord, pursuant to statute, reserves the right to bid on the subject property in an attempt to recover unpaid storage costs and costs of advertising and sale. Other sales terms and conditions may apply and will be announced at the sale.
