EPPERSON NORTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) for the Epperson North Community Development District (“District”) will hold a regular Board meeting on February 15, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 26640 Silver Maple Parkway, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33544. At the meeting, the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agendas for the meetings may be obtained from the District Manager, at the office of Breeze, 1540 International Parkway, Suite 2000, Lake Mary, Florida 32746 or via emailing [email protected]. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor or Staff Member can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 564-7847, at least 48 hours before the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.
Any person who decides to appeal any action or decision taken by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that they will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
