NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-CC-902 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SHARONDALE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY L. DANIELE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY L. DANIELE; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East (3rd Floor, Lobby), the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 23rd day of February, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit E-1, The Sharondale Condominium of Palm River, a Condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 939, Page 717 through 777, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
