NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on January 5, 2023 in Civil Case No. 48-2012-CA-018554-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR; CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBERT A.
