NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY
THE GROVE RESORT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Grove Resort Community Development District (the “District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop a revised Suspension and Termination of Access Rule (the “Suspension and Termination Rules”) related to the use of the District's recreational facilities.
The purpose and effect of the Suspension and Termination Rules are to provide for efficient and effective District operations of the District's amenity facilities and other properties by setting policies and regulations to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the District to adopt the proposed Suspension and Termination Rules includes Sections 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 120.54 and 120.81, Florida Statutes. A public hearing will be conducted by the District on March 14, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at 14501 Grove Resort Avenue, Winter Garden, Florida 34787.
