NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion Cancelling January 12, 2023 Foreclosure Sale and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on January 6, 2023, in Civil Action No. 2020CA003926, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which the Plaintiff, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR VELOCITY COMMERCIAL CAPITAL LOAN TRUST 2019-2, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of February 22, 2023, the following real property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
