NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Summary Judgment on Amended Complaint in Execution of Judgment to Foreclose Judicial Liens,” entered in the above-styled action on July 20, 2022, and the “Emergency Motion Handling Order,” entered on December 13, 2022, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on May 9, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.:
Lot 51, Block D, HIDDEN OAKS AT TEMPLE TERRACE PHASE 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 104, Page 24, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
