but if dead, her distributees, legal representatives, assigns and all persons who by purchase, inheritance or otherwise have or claim to have an interest in the Estate of Amy Kotzin a/k/a Amy S. Kotzin, deceased, derived through Cheri Kotzin Felch, whose address is unknown to the Petitioner.
A petition having been duly filed by Cressida A. Dixon, Esq., Monroe County Public Administrator who is domiciled at 350 Linden Oaks, Third Floor, Rochester, NY 14625
YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the Surrogate's Court, Monroe County, at 99 Exchange Boulevard, Room 533, Rochester, New York, on March 23, 2023 at 9:30 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, why a decree should not be made in the estate of Amy Kotzin a/k/a Amy S. Kotzin lately domiciled at 3135 Atlantic Avenue, Penfield, NY 14526, US, admitting to probate a Will date May 17, 2007, as the Will of Amy Kotzin a/k/a Amy S. Kotzin, deceased, relating to real and personal property, and directing that Letters of Administration c.t.a issue to Cressida A. Dixon, Esq., Monroe County Public Administrator and revoke the temporary letters previously issued by this Court and for such other and further relief as to the Court may seem just and proper.
