NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 23, 2023, in Case No. 22-002309 CI, Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, in which Sunwood, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Deechie Ventures, LLC, and George Bernardich are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://pinellas.realforeclose.com/ at 10:00 a.m. on February 23, 2023, the following described property:
Lot 13, Block 37, Tierra Verde Unit One, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 57, at Pages 42 through 55, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
