NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 23, 2023, issued in and for Pinellas, Florida, in Case No. 18-004243-CI, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BUNGALOW SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and CLEARWATER KEY ASSOCIATION-SOUTH BEACH-1480 GULF BLVD., INC., FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, JON B. HARDEN A/K/A JON BRIAN HARDEN A/K/A JON HARDEN A/K/A HARDEN JIN BRIAN and JON BRIAN HARDEN are the Defendants.
