NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-003619-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ixis Real Estate Capital Trust 2006-HE2 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Lenders Direct Capital Corporation; BARBARA HASTINGS; Unknown Spouse of Barbara Hastings; Seminole Oak Trails Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Fortress Roofing, Inc.; Andre International Bakery, LLC are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of March, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, SEMINOLE OAK TRAILS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 96 AND 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
