NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22-001417-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage is the Plaintiff and Woodrow Daniel Harris; Unknown Spouse of Woodrow Daniel Harris; Dela Popova; Petar B. Popov; City of St. Petersburg, Florida; Jamestown Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of March, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8480-D, JAMESTOWN, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4847, PAGES 1 THROUGH 63, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS SHOWN BY PLOT PLANS OF THE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUMPLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 115 THROUGH 123, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
