NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-006616-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and Harley Billy Anderson, II a/k/a Harley B. Anderson, II; Black Point Assets, Inc., a Florida Corporation, as Trustee under the 400 64th Avenue #502 Land Trust dated July 1, 2017; Unknown Beneficiaries under the 400 64th Avenue #502 Land Trust dated July 1, 2017; Star Pointe Capital, LLC, as Trustee of the 460064THA502 Land Trust dated July 1, 2017; Unknown Beneficiaries of the 460064THA502 Land Trust dated July 1, 2017; Three Palms Pointe, Inc. a/k/a Three Palms Pointe, Inc., a Condominium are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of March, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 502-W, BUILDING “A”, THREE PALMS POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 51 THROUGH 54, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4242, PAGE 1754, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
