NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2017-CA-010135-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and SIGRIST, JAMES M, et. al., are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of March, 2023, the following described property:
THE WEST 100 FEET OF THE EAST 461.8 FEET OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4, LESS THE NORTH 1010 FEET OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 30 FEET. ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 13, LARRY WOODS SUBDIVISION, IN THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 21, SOUTH, RANGE 28, EAST.
