YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a suit to quiet title to the following-described parcels of property in Charlotte County, Florida:
COUNT I PARCEL: The East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 42 South, Range 24 East, Charlotte County, Florida, less the North 50 feet thereof for perpetual road right-of-way purposes.
COUNT III PARCEL: Lots 9, 10, 11, 17 and 18, Block W, BAY SHORES SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 49, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT VII PARCEL: Lot 20, Block 25, ROTONDA VILLAS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 1A through 1Z15, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TAMSEN HAYS, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross & Young, P.A., the Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 9th day of March, 2023, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
