Lot 51, LAKE THOMAS WOOD EIGHTH ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 111, Page(s) 37 and 38, of the Public Records of Polk County.
Property address: 183 Lake Thomas Drive, Winter Haven, FL 33880 will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on February 24, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
