NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 28th day of September 2022, in Case No. 2019CA000944AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-57CB MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-57CB, is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND J. LEPRIOL; JEANNETTE D. LEPRIOL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND J. LEPRIOL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANNETTE D. LEPRIOL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Angelina Colonneso Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 21st day of March 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOTS 395 AND 396 ROSEDALE MANOR AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 PAGE 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
