NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 30, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2019CA000908CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein,
NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff, and LISANDRA MOLINA; JOSEPH AVILES; FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on March 6, 2023 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
