2018-HB 1, is the Plaintiff and Ruth Silvidi, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party#l NIK/A Kim Silvidi, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the March 7, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
