ESTATE OF RUTHANNE PACKARD, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, Condominium Number 5 of Beacon Lakes, Incorporated, herein in the following described property:
Unit B, Building 218, as described in the Declaration of Condominium of BEACON LAKES CONDOMINIUM 5-B, recorded in O.R. Book 783, Pages 172-252, and addendums in O.R. Book 808, Page 1229, and O.R. Book 815, Page 1325, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, Plat Book 13, Pages 107-109. With the following street address: 4022 Davit Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. 02-10-2023 02-17-2023
