PURSUANT TO SECTION 715.109, FLORIDA STATUTES
Notice is hereby given that, on February 27, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at 2504 Ave. G NW, Winter Haven, FL 33880, Angel's REI, LLC, as Trustee of The Spivey Family Trust #9027, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, shall sell at public sale by competitive bidding the following property abandoned by Karl Walter Hoogerwerff and Barbara A. Hoogerwerff, to wit: A certain 1986 PALM doublewide mobile home, bearing VIN #s PH063524A and PH063524B. The name of the former tenant is Southern Property Acquisition, Inc.
All sales are as-is, where-is, with all faults, for cash, and subject to any and all ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority under law. The landlord, pursuant to statute, reserves the right to bid on the subject property in an attempt to recover unpaid storage costs and costs of advertising and sale.
