YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, THE VERANDAHS AT PASCO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C.
