NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2023 and entered in Case No. 22-CA-001042 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida where City of Bradenton, is the Plaintiff and Michael W. Osciak, The Unknown Heirs, Personal Representative, Grantees, Beneficiaries, Devisees, and Creditors Of Geraldine Watrus, Deceased, Desiree E. Watrus is/are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 6, 2023 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
