Section 328.17 (2022), notice is hereby given that Safe Harbor Marinas, Regatta Pointe, (SHM Regatta Pointe, LLC) will, on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., at 1005 Riverside Drive, Palmetto, Manatee County, Florida 34221, either choose to remove the vessel from the marina OR offer the vessel for sale at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit: 1983 28' Carver, FL # 7897 JM, HIN # CDR890010583 with Owner and/or Lienholder known to be Danny Franklin Hall and/or Devin Mary Smith, pursuant to the Notice of Non-Judicial Sale of a Vessel. If a public sale occurs, the Auction shall be held subject to a reserve with additional 18% buyers premium to be paid by buyer/purchaser.
