THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Plaintiff's Request to Reset Sale, and the Court having reviewed this matter, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
It is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Clerk of the Court is directed to sell the property described in the final judgment at public sale on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on March 7, , 2023, after having given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes in accordance with the terms, provisions and conditions otherwise set forth in this Court's Final Judgment docketed in this matter on December 14, 2022, which was previously rendered in this action.
