NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 08, 2022, and entered in 11-2020-CA-000545-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR17 is the Plaintiff and GEORGE SHALHUB A/K/A GEORGE E. SHALHUB; GEORGE SHALHUB A/K/A GEORGE E. SHALHUB, AS TRUSTEE OF THE GEORGE E. SHALHUB REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 3, 2014; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE SHALHUB A/K/A GEORGE E. SHALHUB N/K/A SABA SHALHUB ; OLDE CYPRESS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; OLDE CYPRESS MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendant(s). Crystal K.
