NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of February 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022-CA-001373 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is the Plaintiff and RAUDEL MARTINEZ VALDES A/K/A RAUDEL M VALDES A/K/A RAUDEL VALDES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAUDEL MARTINEZ VALDES A/K/A RAUDEL M VALDES A/K/A RAUDEL VALDES N/K/A TERESA MARTINEZ; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ROCHE SURETY AND CASUALTY COMPANY, INC; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES; TRICIRCLE PAVERS; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CARLOS NARANJO, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 16th day of March 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
