NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 30 day of January 2023, in Civil Action No. 22-CA-3597 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which INTELLIFLEX CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ALTERNATIVE ASSETS, LLC, a Texas limited liability company is the Defendant. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 1st day of March, 2023, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 29, in Building C, of Intelliflex Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded July 9, 2014, under Instrument Number 2014000143587, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
