NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 1st day of February 2023 and entered in Case No. 17-CA-009602, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SPECIALTY UNDERWRITING AND RESIDENTIAL FINANCE TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4 is the Plaintiff and CLARENCE GARDENER CANTERBURY GLEN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR WILMINGTON FINANCE, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION ESMAT SALIMA KARIMDADIAN A/K/A ESMAT SALIMA KARIMDADIAN-GARDENER A/K/A ESMAT GARDENER; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 31st day of March 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
