NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on January 23, 2023 in Civil Case No. 21-CA-007123, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOAN P. RUSHING, DECEASED; MICHAEL RUSHING; CLAUDIA EOFF; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA- DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STEPHEN RAY RUSHING A/K/A RAY RUSHING are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com on March 30, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, GANDY MANOR 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 74 AND 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
