NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-001459-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PINELLAS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MAX E. WYSONG, DECEASED DALE EDWIN WYSONG, MATTHEW ALLEN WYSONG, and MELANIE KATHLEEN WYSONG-LARMORE are the Defendant(s), the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00am on March 2, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
