NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Amended Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered February 6, 2023, nunc pro tunc to February 1, 2023 in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 511, FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG, NO. 302, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, pages 94, 95 and 96; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4058, page 1419; and Amendments thereto recorded in O.R. Book 4215, page 21, O.R. Book 5190, page 2101, O.R. Book 5197, page 33 and O.R. Book 5210, page 542, public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of February, 2023.
