CITY OF DUNEDIN DESTINATION MARKETING/BRANDING SERVICES RFP 23-1227
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES
The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from qualified firms/individuals (the “Consultant”) to provide the City with destination marketing/branding services. The goal of the project is to capitalize on the community's assets and unique attributes to positively impact the Dunedin brand experience for all those who live, work and visit Dunedin Florida. The City of Dunedin brand identity (logo/brand colors/standards etc.) was established in the early 2010s, but brand alignment is needed for the City and City partners (i.e. the Chamber of Commerce, Visit Dunedin Florida, etc.) and other community organizations and non-profits. The Consultant will also identify City brand attributes, brand positioning, brand statement, and brand personality to be the foundation of all marketing assets, materials, campaigns and digital/visual brand assets. This project will be funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). As such, additional ARPA terms (Exhibit IV) required by that program will be included with the contract.
Proposals shall be based on the attached Scope of Work. The RFP may be picked up at the address below. You may also email your request to [email protected] or you may download the RFP from www.demandstar.com.
Sealed Proposals: Responses to this Request for Proposal (please submit one unbound original, five (5) copies and one disc/usb copy) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified as:

Proposals are due no later than the date and time noted above. Any proposal received after that date and time will not be accepted. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days, from the opening date, without the consent of the City of Dunedin, Florida.
