NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on January 24, 2023 and entered in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Brevard County, Florida, Case No.: 05-2022-CA-042876, wherein ESTRET HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and Renar Development Company, a Florida Corporation, and TD Equipment Finance, Inc., a Maine Corporation, are the Defendants, the Clerk, Rachel M. Sadoff, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 5th day of April, 2023, at the Brevard County Government Center - North, in the Brevard Room, 518 S.
